Rigoberto Fuentes Peat, a.k.a. Tito Fuentes, hit a respectable .267 during the 1970 season as a utility infielder. The Havana, Cuba native wore this game-used jersey during that campaign. The cream colored Giants home jersey says "GIANTS" across the chest in orange-on-black twill in the same style as "29" appears on the reverse. The reverse "2" has a slight gap in the stitching on the bottom. The left tail features the McAuliffe label with "70 44" tags sewn underneath. The jersey features light to moderate game use. "King" is sewn on the neck in orange felt, possibly meaning that the jersey was repurposed for use from an earlier season, as Fuentes and King both normally wore #23.
