The pride of Washington & Jefferson College (where he was athletic director for over 20 years) as well as an early professional football star with the Canton Bulldogs in the 1920s, Pete "Fats" Henry (d.1952) is front and center with this signed check. At 5'10" and well over 200 pounds, he was still mobile enough to set a record by scoring a drop-kick field goal from a distance of 45 yards. Dated August 10, 1950 (just about two years before his death), this check presents well aside from the normal bank markings and features Henry's ("9") signature on the dotted line. Encapsulated and declared "Authentic" by PSA/DNA.
